Canadians who bought a CF, how much was the shipping?

I posted this over at the CF forum, but there's not that much activity over there, and though I've searched through countless topics at both forums, I haven't found a direct answer.

To make this faster, I'll just copy/paste what I posted there. Thank you very much in advance to anyone who can help. I'm from Alberta, but any Canadians are welcome to answer, as it would still help me a great deal if I could kind of see what the price might come close to.
