I got mine in September of last year, and it's still doing me fine. You have to sort of 'learn' how to step on it, as it's a little different than arcade. The squares have a little 'bounce' to them. They also make a kinda click step noise which is cool for working on PA. There seems to be a break in period because mine seemed to register steps a little differently than they originally did, not in a bad way, just differently than at first. They work great, and if you have the money I would say go for it. If you can afford 2 then get two at the same time, cause they give you the connector bar for playing doubles and knock off a healthy chunk of the price. Be forewarned though, shipping is about $80.
Hope that helps. |

Because it's in the wrong forum, it goes under Console Games.
You should be able to get some good opinions there, anyway. _________________

It's an amazing pad but mines is kinda retarded on freezes. It's somewhat different from a machine though and you have to clean them every once and awhile but it's still well worth it.
But it's hella fun to play with socks on . |

It's so worth it, a friend and I put in half for 2 pads, and we've had them about 6 months and there have been no problems whatsoever. And I haven't even cleaned them yet, that is until this upcoming week because I figure it's time.
It will be the best pad you could ever own, nothing else compares to it. |

If you don't know what forum it goes in, look around. You'll either find the information you need or find similar threads. This thread, for example, doesn't belong in this forum. It belongs in the Bemani hardware forum. _________________
