How do i get on the EX high list?

i have been playing ddr for about a month and i have AA'ed all my light most of STD and a bit of Heavy... I have been placing high scores on the normal list but i cant figure out how to get on the singles EX list or the doubles EX list!! please help me out

Sounds like you're playing DDRMAX US. AA a Heavy song as your last stage. That way, you get the Extra Stage, which puts you on the EX list.
