Yet another new forum suggenstion - Q&A

You know, with all the rtfm questions we see in the chit chat and gameplay forums, why not just make a forum for asking stupid questions like "I can't find the step chart for song X," and "What songs is the DDR song comprised of," or any of the many questions that can be answered in the FAQ.
It'd be sort of a decoy forum, so that other forums (namely gameplay and chit chat) might not be so inundated with such threads.
Or am I an idiot and this has been suggested before?

That seems like a good idea, but perhaps we can just have a sticky in each thread that's locked that has all the information about one particular topic. Then have a sticky where people can request further topics to go in those sticky locked threads.

Oh and the obvious warn for someone that asks a question that's already answered in the Request thread.

If one of those threads would normally go in Chit Chat and someone didn't bother to look around in there, or use the search feature, or essentially put forth any effort outside of making a new thread...what makes you think they'd go to a different forum and do it?

The sad thing is I want to make a "Commonly Asked Questions" thread for Site Feedback. Like "Why don't you guys just move threads instead of lock them?" But when I envision it I only see it as a mod or someone pointing to that thread before the lock instead of retyping the same answer out every time. I doubt it would actually prevent people from asking the same question each time.
