Sudden Mod different from Arcade?

I was playing S4R [I believe it's Shuffle, Sudden, and Flat] on Stepmania. I figured that S4R was easy till I went to the arcade. In the Stepmania, it's easier to see in Sudden. However in the arcade, it's different - it's harder to see because it is closer to the top.

Is there anyway to "hack" or change my configuration so it would be as close to the arcade's Sudden?
