DDR and Weight-Loss???

Hi,

I am newbie to DDR. I've played the arcade game from time to time (just loved it) and I just recently took the plunge and got a PS2 just to play DDR Max2.

Anyways, I've been hearing about people losing weight as a result of playing DDR.

Does anyone have any weight-loss stories of their own to share?

lost like 8 pounds in 4 months heh, it's staying off too.. thats kinda a lot of weight when you originally weighed 150.. 6 feet tall

also, the game actually makes you want to exercise more to get better and eat right.. it did for me anyhow

If you lift and play ddr its perfect. When you lift you gain muscle(obviously) and When you play ddr it makes you loose the excess fat. And I think i lost like 8 pounds last time i checked.

ive lost 20 lbs

I lost about 40 pounds in the first 4 to 6 months of playing. Although that was constant play on an arcade machine once a week for 3-3.5 hours.
