Does anyone know what's written on the front of her shirt? I think it's 000 with a slash through the second 0 to look like an 8. Can anyone help, please? Thank you!

that's her texture, make of it what you want, zooming in, it looks like the OLR symbols, but i can't be sure

on second thought, it just looks like it's in the same style, either way, it somewhat looks like the symbols on Orange Lounge Radio

Those symbols on the OLR banner are either in MAX or MAX2's loading banners.
