im an 11 year old girl i guess im pretty good at ddr. i play mostly everything on heavy. does anyone know of any competitions in pennsylvania. i cant seem to find any |

um, i think i read earlier whoever ASKS about a tournament instead of TELLING about a tournament gets points, but im not sure. ill leave this to the mods...

Since noone actually gave a link yet... here, you may wish to check this forum here : http://www.ddrfreak.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=20 that's the regional forum for your area. If there's any tournaments going on, I'm sure they'll talk about it there. You can check the tournaments forum as well for stuff ( http://www.ddrfreak.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=5 ) I visited PA once on a business trip... looks like they have a pretty active Bemani community, I think it just depends on where in the state you live. You shouldn't have a problem finding a fun tourney
Additionally, when I saw the subject line for your post... made it sound like you were looking for a "girls only" tournament or something. Just to clarify if that was what you are looking for -- those are going to be pretty rare. Not to say you aren't going to find one, but typically DDR tournaments are open to anyone... despite your age or gender. There are both girls, and young people, who are very skilled at DDR, who have every ability to win/place/show in a tournament with the best of 'em. So, good luck! _________________
