Anyone got a workout sequence?

I've been trying to play DDR for atleast an hour per day.. I am still basically doing 1 and 2 foot songs, but can handle up to 4 foot songs right now. I have about 20 songs right now that equal up to 1/2 hour of music, then I play the loop again (use endless mode)

Does anyone else have a workout sequence of songs they do? Or even converted your own songs? I'd like to add some more to my list.
