Ok, at first I thought this had to do with my ISP since it's been having some troubles as of late... after it stabilized I thought it had to do with my browser (Firefox, now 1.0) so I tried with IExplorer 6.0 and it remaind the same

The problem is as it follows: Every time I log in the board logs me out instantly... I can't reply nor read my pms, the only solution I've found is to mark the Log me in automatically box but that only lets me do my job, it kills my cookies so I must manually check which threads I've read and which ones I haven't, which is annoying

any idea of why this is happening or if I can do anything to fix it if it is on my side?

anecdote: one time I had to login thrice

It may be a problem with your cookies. Clear them out and try again.

I was having some trouble with this yesterday evening using Safari 1.2/OS X. My OS Install is less than a week old. I thought it may have been new version of pithhelment I installed being a little over-zealous with cookie blocking so I uninstalled it but the problem remained. Clearing cookies manually & re-starting Safari had no impact either.

I've reinstalled pithhelmet and set cookie blocking to a less aggressive setting and the problem seems to be fixed but I'm not sure if this was a coincidence or not.

The only thing I could attribute this to is a change in the cookie settings. Not to mention an invalid one...

I don't know of any recent changes, nor reasons to make that change. But that's all I have to go by.

I'm not having any problems, but I haven't logged out/in for what feels like decades. I'll do some experiments with konqueror tonight.

If I may put my opinion out there... try Disabling/Enabling Cookies... that sometimes does the trick when my system acts like poo.

Same thing for me. What I'd also suggest is to do what everyone else did, clear your cache and cookies. Then re-log in.
