No, new people are still new and don't deserve to be blasted. I mean, I've been to a ton of forums where it was like "Yeah, we have an FAQ and some rules, but no one ever follows them." Give people a chance to learn what this place is like before you become a nazi on them.

he gets the chance to learn the rules with some posts directing him to such rules and telling him to read before posting
some other with red feet get warning points for whoring a topic they know will be locked
