newb importing questions

I've just recently got into bmiidx and i was looking to get them for the home console. I already know what i want, the konami controller and 6th style to start... but what else do i need?

From what i figured out, just buying a fliptop for my ps2 with swapmagic should be enough, i'd just hate to order it and find out that wont work. Help is appreciated, thanks

Yup, every single version of IIDX will work just fine with the lid and Swap Magic. I would know, because I have them all. ;-)
