I was just wondering does this happen to any one else? When I play ddr for like 2 to 3 hours at home when im working out or board and I close my eyes i see like kinda the arrows moving up is this odd or just like a mind thing?

It's just a result of looking at scrolling arrows for too long. I remember someone had a detailed explanation of the whole thing, but that's the short version.
