If you're referring to these things, dont expect them to turn your cheap soft pad into a virtual ignition pad. I bought one of these back in the day, and found it to actually reduce my scores, and it didn't prevent slipping of the pad much at all.

Besides, no soft pad even with one of these would stay under you for long on Heavy. I say save your money and go for an ignition pad or better.
