Ok, well i have the right driver meant for Xp like i have and i can't add the pad to the controllers list... can someone please help me....

Well unless you have found a USB pad, the thing you are trying to get to work is your adapter, and that's what this thread is for. Be sure to post what adapter and what simulator you are using, otherwise we can't do much for you.
