You can't, atleast not that I know of. They took out the link for it and the display of who's online because it was consuming resources.

Exactly. Just remember the link (bookmark it or something).

When we used to have it on the Index page, or easily accessable, it sucked up resources and made everything slower (and more bandwidth). So we removed it.
