configuration

i have just recieved a metal dance mat, tx2000+ and looks gr8

however, i cant get dwi to recognise any of the buttons.

it recognises the start and select on the controller box and the up left and up right but none of the essential pads.

i have installed the converters correctly but dwi cant locate the sensors.

can anyone help?
