Neogames - Hard Metal pad with stuck up arrow keys

Does anyone know how to fix a problem with the up arrow key being stuck. I bought two dance pads from Neogames on Ebay a year ago. The first one failed with this problem after about a month. The other one continued to work until recently. But then failed with the same problem. When you start up the game it just constantly scrolls up on the selection screen. Any ideas would be helpful.

Also, I want to post an observation that is very frustrating in reading these forums. The standard response has been to questions like this is to look in the Metal Pad forum. Well that forum has over 1,700 posts in it now.

If you could search that entire forum for the words that would apply to what you are talking about that would be great. However when you search for a word it just shows up at the beginning of the forum and a person looking for a specific problem isn't going to read through all 1,700 posts. Either fix the search capabilities or split the sticky's for each type of Metal Pad.

Actually, you're using the Search feature wrong, Hugo.

You need to select "Display results as: Posts". Then each hit will give an individual post. If you click on the post title, you'll go straight to that post. So, the Search does work.

Searching "neogames" in DDR Console Games turns up 19 hits, most of which are in the Metal Pad sticky. That should help you pin it down.
