In SM, how do you install songs that you downloaded into SM. I've been cramming on the ReadMe files, but the songs aren't installed?

The thing that confuses most new Stepmania users is the directory structure, and it should look something like this:

C:\Program Files\Stepmania CVS\Songs\<mix folder>\<song folder>\<song files>

An example path to my copy of 1998:

C:\Program Files\Stepmania CVS\Songs\Dance Dance Revolution 8th Mix -Extreme-\1998\1998.(mp3, dwi, png)
