I have a few questions. I, myself, am overweight and have started doing DDR. First, when it says 'x' number of "kcal"s, is a kcal the same as the calorie that we see on nutrition labels, etc? Also, how many calories do you guys try to aim to burn? Or do you use a different method of determining how long your workout is and how often. I am very curious. |

"kcal" is the same as "Calorie" 1000 calories.
However, "calorie" (Lowercase) is a single calorie. They just made the upper-case version to make it seem like food products have less.
See, paying attention in Science class is somewhat useful. ;/ |

I paid attention in class too, but then again we learned that three years ago and I was not 100% sure Thanks for clarifying. |
