I have been waiting for the bemani sites to post something for the last week but nothing, so I guess I should do it.
The BeForU auditions have finished, and it looks like BeForU has been totally replaced. http://www.konami.co.jp/am/bemaniaudition/top.html
Even looks like a guy has now joined the group. I tried using Babelfish to understand, but I am not 100% certain that all original members of BeForU are gone. |

Hmm, I'm less surprised by the news of the audition itself than the fact that they did it so secretely. It was started in April, and it's finished now? Dang. If my meager Japanese skills are correct, it says something about conducting the auditions in secret. No kidding. Though I can't figure out whether this is an addition to BeForU or a complete replacement. There's something about "an addition" in the section on Kanako and Reiji, but I'm not sure what that refers to.
On a side note, Kanako and Miharu look frighteningly pale, and does that chain on Reiji go from his ear to his lower lip? |

WOW.
First off, Bemani isn't a company. It's a genre of Konami music-related video games. If you're going to try to flamebait someone (by the way, enjoy your warning points) then get the terms straight.
Second, just because you're Vivid doesn't mean you work for Konami. You could be an arcade owner (such as in this case) and so you have a little bit more credibility than a random 15 year old.

From what I heard at Bemanistyle, the top 3 girls are the new members of BeForU. While the bottom two are just new Bemani artist. So there are now 6 members of BeForU.

Pretty much all of the BeForYou members have gone on to have success independently. All this means is that Konami can capitalize on the name recognition behind Noria and Riyu while continuing to use the success of "BeForYou" as the launching point for a new round of generic J-pop singers. As for the poster who said it looked like there was a guy in the group now....no. In addition to holding the BeForYou auditions, Konami also held auditions for new vocal talent, and those two were the winners. Look for a new song, "Love Love Kiss Love (Hyper Euro-J Trance Style Mix)" by Naoki feat. Kanako in a future DDR release.
