Dance pad instruction sheet

Does anyone have a copy of this thing or is anyone willing to type it out? I'm talking the little piece of paper that comes with DDR soft pads. Not the rip off soft pads, but the real ones that would come free with the games. Was funny stuff. Engrish all the way.

#1 - It wasn't "free with the game". The bundles cost extra.

#2 - Those would be Konami softpads. Hence, this goes in the Konami softpad thread.
