I usually do the whole session on Standard. Sometimes I'll put it on Heavy for songs like Peace Out. Since there's no 1/8 notes I can pretty much do any song I like. I'll warm up with Sandstorm, then do Rhythm and Police, Exotic Ethnic Matsuri Japan (Sp?). I always HAVE to do Healing Vision (Angelic Mix) atleast once, as it's my favorite song. Then I just do whatever I see that looks fun, Brilliant2U, My Generation, etc. |

For a good workout, I like to go w/ standard the whole time, warm up w/ some Matsuri Japan, go through Sandstorm one or two times, and *of course* Healing Vision (angelic mix), sometimes do a random song or two, then finish up w/ another Healing Vision. _________________

Well, I start right off on heavy, usually tackling more problematic songs first (ie Exotic Ethnic, End of the Century) and then usually alternate through 6-9 footers depending on whether I need to catch my breath, etc. I usually play for about an hour, and then do 500 crunches. _________________
