It's just Pop'N Stage, my arcade had it in like 2001.

Pretty difficult from what I remember...

Its basically pump it up, konami-style. Its not difficult unless you cannot read falling notes and/or color blind. Its ONLY 5 arrows per side, like Pump. It isnt step sounded like Pop'N, and it failed.
