Obviously I'm referring to the only part where there are words in the song. But what's he saying? Is it english? Sounds like "just disturbed guys" to me. Anyone know for sure?

I didn't think it was lyrics, i thought it was just techno fresh from a synchronizer.
Those things are expensive and probably hard to use.

In IIDX there is a keysound for that sample, it is "just disturbed, guys".
