If in any way I have lost credibility by posting this topic, I am sorry.
My question, how good do the administrators here match up to those of some of the freaks here? Are the administrators a bunch of tournament winners who met up and decided to make this forum, or just people with basic knowledge and the potential for some well-handled responsibilities.
Just curious...and bored. |

the admins and mods are picked from the posters who demonstrate intelligence and the ability to not loose their tempers ina situation that they may get personanly attecked in as well as the ability to not play favorite
ddr skill isnt a requirement for being a mod/admin as to my knowledge the mods represent the entire specturm from touriment winners (such as jdogg) to individuals who having played ddr in a very long time (just about all of the honestly) _________________

We don't care about DDR skill at all when it comes to choosing mods. In some cases, those who are good at the game would make terrible mods, and those who suck at the game would make wonderful mods.
I haven't won any major tournaments...just a couple tiny tournaments (like around 10 people ). I don't play regularly anymore, but I still play when I can. It's more a money/time thing now than it is a lack of desire to play. _________________

Oddly enough, I almost feel ashamed to mention to people that I haven't passed Max300 yet and I've been playing for three years plus...
Yeah, we're all just regular people like you. _________________

Did you beat any Team Seattle players in your victories?

I'm at around 8000 posts, and I only played DDR for a total of 3 months.
This was 1 year after I joined these boards.

Yeah that is funny cos we were talking about this the other day. More importantly I think most of the old skool members/mods don't play DDR anymore. So how long do you think this site will last? _________________

So how long do you think this site will last? | Well, it's not like the site was started by 30 people and our numbers slowly dwindle until the site closes.
As DDR becomes popular with new people, some of those people will be upstanding and responsible. If we need more people to help out, we'll be able to get fresh blood.
In short, the site won't close until the reason for its existence goes away. If DDR fades from memory, then the site would as well.

Anyway, you go to Random Chat, I assume. We have a fairly significant userbase of people who used to play or don't play anymore, so it's not like we'd close if we all quit DDR. _________________

Yeps I haven't got 6000 posts talking about DDR. This site is more than DDR I guess. I'm a person with too much time I guess *Goes back to Random Chat* _________________

I've won some tournaments back last year in freestyle. But tech-wise I was never as good as the best here. And besides, I wasn't picked because of my DDR skill, it was more because of my ideas and all around helpfulness.
At least that's what they tell me. _________________
