First of all, if theres already a topic about this please direct me towards it..

But anyway, as I have been playing DDR i have noticed that Konami is/was rating songs harder/easier then they are supposed to be. For example, I was playing the nonstop course Hop Step. I saw they were all eights, so i picked it. Candy*? Easy. Twinbee? Really easy. Witch Doctor?

OMGWTF!!!

technically its an 8 foot, but it tires you out so much it should be a cata. So of course, I failed.

So what are some other songs you think have misleading ratings? Say the song, what it is, then what it should be. Here are some more of my opinions... (all are on singles heavy unless otherwise noted)

The Least 100 Seconds: 8>9
Waka Laka:8>9
Paranoia Evolution:8>9
Paranoia KCET:9>8
Be Lovin':9>8
We Will Rock You:7>6
Genom Screams (Doubles):10>9
Sakura:10>9
etc...

I know some more just cant think of it right now, I'll update it later...

...I'm with GR. A lot of those aren't over-the-top ratings. But maybe a few are...

Waka Laka I can agree with...and maybe Be Lovin' and Paranoia Evo, but the rest are fine to me.

I think one other song needs modifyng though:

I know non of you are gonna gree with me, but Drop the Bomb on Maniac is like a 7, I think it should be like an 8, maybe 9, but Doubt it....

Paranoia KCET was an 8 for a very long time. It did NOT deserve the foot rating boost at all.

Be Lovin is a pretty whimpy 9 until the end.

To this day i still say EOTC is not a 9, and should of been left an 8. It has way to many breaks in it's arrows to be a full fleged 9.

Last Message is a wimpy 8. (it is rated an 8, right?)

Most other konami ratings i agree with. Unless you count Ultramix ratings, but those are a whole different story.

is orion.78 (AMeuro mix) on heavy a 10 or a 9?!?!?! Cause ive seen machines that say its a 10 and sum say its a 9

Ready Steady Go is the easiest 9 I've ever seen
and Nemesis is the hardest 7 I've ever seen

Probably just cause on a home version the foot ratings where cranked all the way up to 9....and not 11.
