Double and triple posting issue plus topic notification

I am not sure if this is a board wide issue or related to specific topics I created about my DDR at MSG tournament, however two strange things are occuring. One, a lot of double and even triple posts are happening, more than usual. The other, I have "Notify me when a reply is posted" set on all those threads. Its supposed to email me once until I read the thread again. I have been getting an email on nearly every single post, even if the thread is not read. No where am I logged in somewhere else, where a person would broswse the forum under my name. And I recently changed my password. Any idea on this?

Those are right, the part before the # and after "viewtopic.php?p=" should be the topic ID number, not the individual post number. One of the topic IDs is 88992.

Nope, on the contrary. Check any phpBB forum and hover over the little paper icon to the left (on standard templates) next to 'Posted: <date> <time> Post subject: <subject>' at the top of any post.

Double posting is a problem on the user's end that is caused by clicking submit multiple times when the result page takes too long to be sent out. The post is made twice as a result of the flood limit having already expired by the time the user tries again.
