So I have heard about this new Max that will be coming out called Max.(period) Ive heard that its to be the hardest Max yet(though I cant imagine anything harder than Maxx Unlimited or Lom on heavy) I was wondering if there was any info released yet about the step patterns or if there was a preview of the song you could download. Perhaps someone can enlighten me. Thnx.

Max. (period) has been around for quite awhile now...ever since the release of the JPS2 version of EX. It's hard almost entirely because the end of the song is 600 bpm with constant quarter notes (on heavy, anway). The rest of the streams are pretty unexciting and straightforward, they're just fast.

Uh, it's been out. For a very long time. disturb.gif

Just about any site with official simfiles should be able to provide you with the steps.

Its not that great, its only worth it for the backround. The music is OK, the 600 BPM Is just a gimmick.

eh...the jumps are brutal on your stamina. I'm not that good at it myself. If only I could manage a bar on my home pad or get it on an arcade machine. And it's done by 2MB which I rather enjoyed. Has a kinda a dark sound to it. If you can imagine what a max song would sound like crossed with HVAM and a smidgen of paranioa than you've got a good idea of it.

Where's the HVAM part at? I don't believe there's anything from HVAM in the song. Just Paranoia. E19.gif
