Glowsticking or Poi and DDR?

Hey, has anyone ever seen someone dancing with glowsticks or Poi on a DDR machine? I figure it would either be pretty cool or pretty lame.

(BTW, I finally purchaced two "streetlights" (fire color scheme) from http://www.neonhusky.com . I can't wait until they come!

If you can get a copy of it, I used some really bad figure-8's in my Twilight Zone routine at Christmas Of Fire.

I might try glowsticking, but Poi seems a little dangerous in a crowded place like that, espicially with a heavy solid-state glowstick like a streetlight, not to mention that they can be fragile.

Personally, I think it's lame. Besides, the lights on the machine will cancel it out anyways, unless the lights are not working, then it wouldn't be so bad.

reign brings up a good point...but i think if the room was very dark, you'd be able to see it to some extent. It doesn't seem like that bad of an idea, not at all...
