Yea, I had a question, I guess this might be the bestplace to post it.

About 5 months ago I bought soft pads, generic versions of Red Octane Ignitions, ended up running me $25 each. They've served me well over those last months, much better than my old Madcatz did. However, recently the pads have become unresponsive, the buttons jam occasionally, etc, and I think it may soon be time for new ones.

I have PS2, a friend of mine has Xbox, and and we're both into DDR. So it may be possible for us to double in on a set of pads. However, I looked on ebay, and couldn't find any metal pads for less than $100 each, and that's a bit more than I'm willing to pay. Plus, I'm going off to college in a year, and don't want something that'll be hard to transport.

Anyone have suggestions?
