I plan to get a CF but ive been reading around for an adapter for the xbox and they all seem to have lag. I've heard a lot of mixed opinons about the gemni adapter they sell at RO and ebgames. Someone else recomended a BNS adapter over at buynshop but its all too confusing. Can anyone help me out on this?

The Gemini adapter is recommended by the folks at Cobalt Flux. I have one myself and have not had any issues with it.
