Now normally I would just let it be because I don't want to piss off more people than I have already here, but this person has become a nuisance on the Fresno and Hanford threads (nothing but flaming). He is someone you have banned before and has just come back because he/she (I dunno, could be an it) doesn't know better or is bored.

So, I ask that some action be taken.
