I made steps for a song from Sonic CD - Palm Tree Panic - Bad Future (Japanese ver) they are Pump it Up only steps and the autogen DDR steps are uh thoughtless so try at your own risk!

right click and save as.

What's so interesting about the steps? Well it's a negative BPM... that really isn't a negative BPM... it's more like a point jump to the next BPM change... in other words you can have a set of extremely scary steps scroll up to scare the crap out of someone and have it transform into wimpy steps or vise versa... but this can only be done one time in the song... another negative BPM = reversed gameplay. (I'm not sure if that works)

It won't flip it.

The first negative BPM change can be used to give a false impression of insane steps, when you enter the first negative BPM it skips to the next BPM change, in otherwords you could have a whole bunch of quads or quints or whatever scroll up and have them dissappear... or have some easy looking steps turn into some really tough stuff... the program will scroll it up to the point of the negative BPM change then goto the next BPM change when it hits the negative BPM.

If you have another negative BPM change when the song hits that BPM change it'll scroll the steps you already hit right back past the bar in other words scrolling in reverse without the panel inidcator at the bottom of the screen... sort of like vanish you'll have less time to hit the steps.... when it finally reaches the start of the song again it should end.. but I have not tested this...

It's best that you download the file and see for yourself.

Sorry, but that simfile made more sense on autogen shuffle =/ The BPM jump is an interesting idea, but if a bunch of steps "disappear", do they count as misses?

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]

No they don't count as a miss because it just scrolls up to them and skips over that part of the step chart.... and if your playing it with DDR steps then yes it might make more sense to have it with shuffle... I didn't make any DDR steps for it yet.
