How do you make a specific post stand out?

This might sound weird but... You know how you mods want to show off something on the FAQ's and you bring it to a specific spot. How do you do that and can you do that in a post on the forums? o.O....

The FAQ uses HTML tags that allow for jumping to a specific section. As HTML is disabled in the forums, I don't believe there is any way to do this in posts.

Ohhhh...you meant just to a specific post. I thought you were trying to get more granular than that, like a specific line/word in a post...
