Obviously, you are very new to this program. The way you get a pic to come up with HTML on PHPBB2 is to enter in the URL of the image, not the SysDir. Get some cheap webspace and repost.

For starters, we have a sticky for achievements. Secondly, you have to upload a pic to some webspace and then put the url of the image in between the img tags. And thirdly, linking images (ie: not using the img tags) = I don't point you.
