Well, maybe try to limit how much you drink. Im wondering if it might just be cramps? Or you just have a weak stamach? Im no doctor though, but It's probably nothing serious E1.gif

That used to happen to me all the time when I started playing, but eventually, your body will adjust. Now I can eat a full course meal and drink a gallon of water, and then play and be fine.

Yes, often after a hard set my stomach will begin to cramp. Usually it happens more often if I've had a lot to eat or drink before. I know people whose stomachs always hurt after they play, but it subsides quickly. What really kills me are the FREAKING CHARLIE HORSES!

Reminds me of the time when I ate Mc Donalds and decided to play DDR almost immediately after eating. My stomach ached so bad that I quit halfway through the song I did. Never again going to do that. I'm going to at least wait 30-60 minutes next time:lol: .

I drank a lot of liquor one night, and decided playing DDR. Wanted to burn off all the alcohol, hehe. I didn't throw up, woot.

Haha, yes. Me. sarc.gif

Yeah, I didn't used to have DDR-related stomach problems until recently. I would think it has something to do with not drinking enough while at the arcade, but I guess that's not the case for you...

I would say... no more In The Navy XXLR on heavy!! laugh.gif

You guys need to drink plenty of water before, during, and after you DDR. I dunno why you guys are having stomach issues, it cramps up for me after 62 songs without break.

This is how it is for me, dunno about others:

If I drink soda or milk and play ddr somewhere in the timespan of 5-30 minutes after said drink, my stomach will cramp on the first song I do, and be fine again by the end of the session.

Anything else is fine.

If I drink soda or milk and play DDR somewhere in the timespan of 10-30 minutes after said drink, my stomach will cramp on the first song I do, and be fine again by the end of the session. However, if I DDR right after said drink, I'll be fine.

Anything else is fine. Personally, I think the best DDR drink is that Propel water..
