Classic examples:
When you close your eyes and you see scrolling arrows...
When you see a tiled floor and start stepping out random patterns...
When you listen to DDR music 24/7...

and of course...

When you post on an internet forum entirely devoted to the game on a daily basis.

Haha, I'm guilty of that.

How about when you have over 300 songs on Stepmania on your computer?

im guilty of that, what about when you have full days dedicated to DDR, i.e, playing ddr for most of the day, listening to songs and posting messages after than, pad modification after that...

I was at my little brother's birthday party and I played DDR Extreme the whole time. All my cousins were there and only one of them could play DDR. I just kept playing and playing. After I said happy birthday to my brother I went back and played again. That's all I did for 5 hours straight.

I step on tiles on the floor every time I see them.
I do random dance patterns while I'm standing still.
I look at the same Yasu and A team and other DDR vids everyday.
I beat on the desk on the rhythm of the DDR song I think of.
I play DDR before I eat breakfast.
I close my eyes and see arrows.
I had a DDR dream with me playing and running from zombies.

thought of some more good ones:

when your at a school dance and your feet move where the arrow pannels would be (GUILTY)

when you buy a snack at a vending machine, and when you finally make you choice, you make then little wweaow sound like when you select your song.

when all day, there is always at least one of the songs stuck in your head(usually several)

During my Calculus final exam yesterday, I was beating my pencil in time to Paranoia Survivor. The girl next to me was staring.

1534 at last StepMania load, and I've played all of them... erm.gif

Also, skipping time with your girlfriend to play is even more serious than skipping regular friends, because your regular friends won't break up with you. And bad DDR jokes/quotes/puns.

"I'm worried about [such and such]."
"Don't worry, you give us hope for the future." or "There's always... a TOMORROOOOOW!"

"What should I do about [such and such]?"
"Sometimes you've just gotta Let the Beat Hit 'Em..."

Not being with your girlfriend to play DDR I have done that more then.... 100 times Lucky for my I have a great girlfriend. laugh.gif I know Im addicted because I beg teachers at school to let me play on free days I.E. About 2 days ago I got to play it for 3 hours out of my 6 hours day in school because I have cool teachers. Also my DDR has been at every single party since I have had it. NOT ONLY THAT but when My mom gives me gas money I take like $5 and tell her I ran it out so I can get some extra songs at the Arcade

LOL! Sweet topic!

I would have to say( these are the things for me!)
1. When you spend $7 or more at the arcade.
2. The only thing you talk about is DDR
3. When you can't go a day without thinking of DDR!
4. Soon As you get home from school, go downstairs, but some black lights on and play for a 1/2 hour or more!
