My Machine is dead

Some of you know that I own a DDR 7th mix max 2 machine at my house. Well when I went to play about a week ago I plugged it into the wall and it was doing its normal boot/drive check stuff. Well everything was okay for a second until it didnt say OK besides CDR. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the problem is, how much it might cost me to fix it or if its even fixable, and where can i get what I need to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is the CD screwed up?

It said CDROM? Right? Im assuming its the CD drive. They do go bad in DDR machines and sometimes cause crashing. I'd replace it.

it was loading up and all and the screen was black and all this stuff was checking in white letters. It was like this:
Blah OK Blah OK Blah OK...so on
Blah OK Blah OK
Blah OK CDR BAD

ERROR something something something. It was like the first or second screen after turning on the machine. If it is what you say...where can i get what i need to fix it?
