Ok, so yesterday in one of my regular visits to the Midland,TX Putt-Putt, the new manager (who took over because the previous owner were having money problems) came in and observed the whole place. he started making comments about how the DDR machine was the only money maker besides the go-karts, and the batiing cages. He then told the workers that they were going to sell the Jump-Shot and 2 ticket machines, for a 4th mix, 6th mix, and 8th mix(otherwise known as EXTREME!!!!!) This is so cool, because we had about 20 people or more waiting in line to play DDR MAX2....heh..well he also said we were gonna really put better games in there! Man, I just wanted to Upgrade the MAX2 for extreme but instead he is gonna get us 3 new machines! This is great! This is just one proof that DDR can't end, because its only getting "started".

7th mix is great. Extreme too. If you had to choose another, 5th or 4th plus would be good. But 6th mix?

yeah, i heard 4th mix is pretty good.....but out of all the players, none of us got any input. All we got was the 8th mix that we were talking about by ourselves. The guy was sorta old and I was surprised he even knew about DDR! O well, as long as we get machines....that we desperately need! lol laugh.gif

If anything the perfect setup would be.

EXTREME, MAX2, 5th, 4th Plus.

EXTREME- 200+ Songs, most current version.
MAX2- Has a buncha songs EXTREME dropped.
5th- 60 FPS, Very stylish interface, very cool 5th Mix Songs (i.e. Moonlight Shadow, Movin On, My Generation) and it also has a handful of songs from 4th Mix Plus and under.
4th Plus- Has EVERY song from 4th Mix and UNDER and its own exclusive 4th Plus/Solo Songs.

So if you already have MAX2 you should try to get 4th+, 5th and EXTREME, although 4th+ has been said to be very rare. A 4th Mix machine would work too.
