ok i am making a dwi/sm song and i have made a video file that is in perfect sync with the audio file... now how do i set it to play so that it stays in sync... mainly in the DWI file.

This is for DWI. Just make sure your movie filename is all one word (no spaces), and is in the Movies subdirectory of the main DWI directory (i.e., not in the song folder). You might have to adjust the STARTAT value to get it perfectly sync'd, but that right there will get it pretty close if you ripped the audio from the video.
