Ok, my sis and I have just got the DDR game for the PC. WE have a USB adapter, and 2 bottom of the line pads. We installed the drivers, and loaded the game up. Only one of the pads shows up. So, we switch the pads on the USB converter so they are going in opposite to where they went before, and now the other one shows up. We switch them back, and the first shows up, etc.
Is there a problem with our USB adapter?
*Note*-it asks what type of USB device is being used, and right now the '2 button 4-pad joystick' is selected, so we thought maybe we have to add another of that. If we try to add another though, it says only 1 can be added per port, so thats not the answer..

While DDR PC is a console game, Adapters don't actually go into *a* console. The Simulators forum has numerous threads on the subject of PS1/2 -> USB Adapters, and www.stepmania.com has a list of many many adapters, as well as their compatibility with DDR games.
You'll be more likely to find more information and help in either of those places. _________________
