Red Octane Metal Pad Help (other RO Metal Pad owners look)

I have a problem with my red octane metal pad and I can even fix it with one lil' piece of information from some one else who ownes a RO pad.

I accidently stepped on the part that plugs the pad into the cotrol box. this broke that grey plastic part open and knocked loose some of the wires on the inside. I need to know which wires go where.

Here is what I got still connected:

Pink ____ ____ Red White
___ ____ ____ Blue/Purple _____
___ ____ Green Brown Black

Can any other RO metal pad owners help me by opening up that grey plastic piece and posting the wire configuration? PLEASE!
