SM judge/life settings?

I'm sure this has been done to death before, but what setting should I use for perfectly synced songs to match arcade difficulty?

I have it set 6 judge/4 life and it seems harder than Ultramix (the only other DDR game I own). Then again, I hear home versions are easier than arcade ones and I find timing difficult w/ a kb, so it might be about the same.

The LIFE difficulty can change, but not the judge. There's a thread called "arcade difficulty in Stepmania?" on page 2 or 3. It gives you the right values for the judge windows (you have to set them manually, because 5 is too easy and 6 is too hard).
