Tried Benamistyle (dead) and DDRUK (broken Link) and a host of other websites. Just where can I find a set of actual benami songs?
ex. Extr4eme/Max2

DDRUK works.
Just make sure you register and then install Bittorent.
Also, Bemanistyle is not dead, but does not carry official songs.

| Same here. If you read more carefully on the home page of bemanistyle, you'll see that the FORUMS have gone down due to community circumstances. You should be able to still get simfiles. |

This is a tad boderline, but I'll let it go since you're not asking specificly for .MP3's.
Since you're new to the boards, I'd like to point this out:

Asking for the simfiles (like Stepmania or DWI) is fine, but asking where to DL the songs is bad.. just giving you the heads up on that. If you have any other questions, they're almost more than likely covered in the FAQ. But if a question you have isn't covered there, feel free to PM any of the mods. We've got no problem helping you understand the rules and such of the boards.
Oh and welcome to DDRFreak and stuff
