basically, he's got an older version of stepmania and stepfiles all burnt into a cd and is selling it for 13 bucks. nuff said.

I don't know what you would report. His auction honestly says that this is "shareware" meaning anyone could get it for free elsewhere. Who knows maybe there is someone out there willing to pay $13 just to have it all on a CD and not have to bother downloading it all-like someone with dial up or something. If no one wants it the seller wastes their time and $$ listing the item. There are far more important things to get upset about.

I hope that idiot goes to jail for selling stepmania. Before you download stepmania it says don't copyright and don't sell it after downloading it free. Well, that's what it told me.

He's not selling STEPMANIA. He's selling a CD he burnt, with mp3's on it, and some pretty pictures and weird-looking stepfiles. And there's a bonus executable that installs a fun program on your very own PC.

Wouldn't it be legal if he says you're paying for the burning costs? Then he's not making money from SM, just for the burning process... Just a thought.
