Upper-body workouts to complement DDR?

When I started playing DDR, I was pretty out of shape. Now, a few months later, I am in much better shape... at least from the waist down. Does anyone here do any kind of upper-body workouts to keep "balanced", and if so, what do you do?

Work your arms out with PPP, DMX,and Samba de amigo.
Ive done that, but you need to play those games alot.
Expecially Para Para paradise.

Would holding weights while doing DDR do anything?

...I guess I'm half afraid I'd accidentally let one go and it'd go flyin' into my television >_<

Para Para Paradise + Freestyle Hard + Velfarre 2000 = instant upper body workout. You'll be sore for days.

i dunno. I've always had a niec pper body, and through playing DDR, I've ahd different moments of working out my upper body, and I've never noticed a difference (for better or for worse) in my playing. Personally, I don't think it makes a difference at all, even if it is for balance issues. Although, I do get some nice looks from chicks when I go down to a tank top. E15.gif
