Hey, sorry to ask something rather demanding on my first post... but I am really stumped. I have a pair of DDR metal pads, ummm Game Depot is the maker I believe. Either way they are cheap eBay metal pads... but I love them. I have changed out the arrows on both, one is using 100x acrylic and the other is decked out in polycarbonate. I have just rewired my 1st player pad after the wires gave out from too much use, and I have been inside both of them more than one time and am no stranger to their inner working. However, recently my 2nd player pad just stopped working. No signs of problems, all the arrows and buttons worked from... they the whole thing just died. Yeah... so I took it apart... messed around with its innards... nothing wrong. I replaces some slightly split wires in hopes that would help... nope. So my only thought is maybe something to do with the circuit board? I don't know. Does anyone have any idea on what to do about this??
Thanks for any contributions... other than telling my to kill myself.... ::cough::
