Just to clear things up, i've seen alot of threads about the leap year problem on Stepmania. Anyone running on SM 3.9 rc1 or lower will have to either:
Download SM 3.9 rc2 or
Turn time on SM back one day (12/30)
It's not a major matter now since 2008 is 4 years away, but this and other info. on bugs that have been fixed for rc2 can be found here:
