Is there a way to display edit steps on the 'net?

Aside from Stepmania and DWI files. I know it can be done (obviously, since DDRFreak imputted all those stepfiles into their system); I'm just not sure if I need a type of program or special setup or something. Can anyone possibly help me with this?

Yes but wouldn't that be only one edit? I think he has many and wants to put them up.
